- Driver's License
- Social Security Number (You can provide this securely during your appointment or through our online application)
Proof of Income:
- W-2 Employees:
- Last two years' W-2s
- Most recent 30 days of paystubs (If you receive bonuses, include the last two years' end-of-year paystubs)
- Self-Employed/1099/Business Owners:
- Last two years' personal tax returns (all pages)
- Last two years' business tax returns (if applicable)
- Retired:
- Most recent pension (annuity) award letter
- Most recent Social Security award letter
- W-2 Employees:
Financial Assets:
- Last 2 months of bank statements showing your primary reserves
- Most recent mortgage statements for any existing properties
- Property insurance declaration page for any existing properties
Additional Information:
- Assume annual property tax rate: 1.25% (divided by 12 months)
- Assume property hazard insurance: 0.35% (divided by 12 months)
